These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which you can use our website and purchase products from Our Haul Co. We've kept them as straightforward as possible so you know what to expect from us and what we ask from you.

PLACING AN ORDER
When placing an order with Our Haul Co, please check all product choices and information carefully before completing checkout, including sizes, colours, quantities, personalisation details and your delivery address.
Once your order has been placed, you should receive confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout.
If we are unable to accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or description error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity. Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Our products are produced and dispatched from our production location in Altofts, West Yorkshire.
We are not currently VAT registered.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout.
We currently accept payment by card, and full payment is taken at checkout.
The price applicable to your order is the price shown when the order is placed, subject to the correction of obvious errors.
MADE TO ORDER
Our Haul Co is a small, family-run business and all of our products are produced to order rather than being held as ready-made stock.
Our standard turnaround time is 10–14 working days for preparation and dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Turnaround times may occasionally be affected during particularly busy periods, product launches or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where we expect a significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Being made to order does not, by itself, remove any cancellation or return rights you may have under UK consumer law.

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Some Our Haul Co products can be personalised or made specifically to information supplied by you.
Please carefully check all names, spellings, dates, numbers, wording and other personalisation details before submitting your order. We produce personalised products using the information entered by you when ordering and do not routinely provide a design proof before production.
Where we have produced an item correctly using the information supplied by you, we cannot normally replace or refund it because those details were entered incorrectly.
Clearly personalised products or products made to your individual specification generally cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind.
However, if production of a personalised item has not yet begun, we may allow you to cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to request cancellation. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If we make an error when producing your personalisation, or your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will work with you to put things right.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
We currently deliver within the UK, primarily using DPD and, where appropriate, Royal Mail.
Delivery charges and available delivery or collection methods are displayed during checkout.
We also offer eligible customers pre-arranged local delivery and Click & Collect from our designated collection locations.
Please ensure the delivery address supplied at checkout is complete and accurate. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
For eligible non-personalised products purchased online, you normally have 14 days from receiving your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.
Unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, the cost of returning a change-of-mind return is your responsibility.
Clearly personalised products or products made to your individual specification are generally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.
This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Products supplied by Our Haul Co must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us with your order number, details of the issue and photographs where appropriate.
Where we are responsible for the problem, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs, sizing information and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings.
As sizing can vary between garments and products, please check any available sizing information before ordering.
Minor variations that are inherent to individually produced or decorated products may occasionally occur, but this does not affect your rights where a product is faulty or materially different from its description.
OUR DESIGNS & CONTENT
Unless otherwise stated, the Our Haul Co name, branding, original artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, written content and other original material appearing on our website and products belong to Our Haul Co or are used by us with appropriate permission.
Our content and original designs must not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without our prior permission, except where permitted by law.
Purchasing an Our Haul Co product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained in its design.
USING OUR WEBSITE
You may use our website for lawful personal shopping and browsing purposes.
You must not knowingly misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation or use our website or content for unlawful purposes.
We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption, particularly where maintenance or technical issues occur.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights available to you as a consumer.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes, except where the law provides otherwise.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Sometimes circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect our ability to fulfil an order within the expected timeframe.
Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the delay and keep you informed where appropriate.
Your legal rights, including any rights you may have where delivery is significantly delayed, are not affected.

We take the handling of your personal information seriously.
Information you provide when using our website or placing an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our website also uses cookies and similar technologies as explained in our Cookie Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products or applicable law.
Any changes will apply from the date the updated terms are published.
The Terms & Conditions applicable to an order will normally be those in effect when that order was placed.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory legal protections available to you in the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
