HOW LONG DOES DISPATCH TAKE?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5–10 working days. Every item is carefully prepared and finished with attention to detail before being sent out from our UK base
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All orders are dispatched from the UK 🚛 Every order is packed with care and sent directly from Our Haul Co.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY DRINKWARE?
- Mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe for up to 200 washes
- All other drinkware is handwash only, please handle with care
DO YOU OFFER PERSONALISED ITEMS?

CAN I PERSONALISE ANY ITEM?
The majority of our items can be personalised. If you are unsure or have a personalisation request, get in touch and we will be happy to help.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unworn and unwashed items. If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll always do our best to help. Please note: Personalised items can only be returned if they arrive faulty or damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised items where the customisation was provided correctly as requested. If a return is required, please contact us and we will provide you with a pre-paid postage label.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY APPAREL?
- Washing at 30°C
- Washing inside out
- Avoiding the tumble dryer where possible
- Ironing inside only
- No direct heat on any DTF print
- Avoid bleaching or dry cleaning
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Yes! We offer digital gift vouchers in a range of amounts — perfect for the haulage lover in your life. Physical vouchers may also be available on request.

Yeah, why not! Just message us to let us know and we can generate a code for you to get the delivery cost waived.
